User Handbook (fancy name for a sheet of paper printed on two sides) says, "This collection is loaded with hundreds of useful tips on a wide variety of computer subjects compiled from the HELP section of PC/Computing. There are helpful tips here for everyone, including tips for software, hardware, DOS, and Windows." I subscribed to that magazine and received these programs, but never bothered to use them.
