Is this what's called a "palace fan"? I think I'd call it a "paddle fan". Beautiful screenprint design on silk (I presume), in irregularly shaped fan with wooden handle. Can be used as hand fan or wall ornament. Overall length 12", Fan is about 7" at its widest by 8", and the handle is about 4.5" long. Distributed by Action Industries, Inc. © 1986. Made in China.
