Is this the Wicked Witch of the North? I doubt it, but she looks mean enough to be!
Riding her broomstick, which is 10" long with real broomstraw, she has a cork, gray-haired head, and a snarl for an expression that makes you wonder if she's casting a wicked spell. She's approx. 8" high from the peak of her wicked witch's hat to the tip of her pointy witch's shoes. Has an 8" string attached, good for hanging from a ceiling lamp, thumb tack, or most any place you can hook it. A black fabric cape over her green & white striped dress completes this "babe".
Whoops! Just noticed, she's wearing underpants--or, actually, it looks like a diaper! :-)
