1957 analog wristwatch with second hand, stem wind—no band—in running condition. Resistant to shock, water, dust & magnetism. Durapower mainspring. 10K Gold Rolled Plate (RGP) Bezel w/stainless steel back. (Back attaches with four tiny screws.)
Unique design, 1" x 1¼"; bezel is shaped like the design around the second hand.
Personal Note: This watch was my high school graduation present. I was absolutely thrilled with its "ultra-modern" design. I proudly wore it for many years, replaced the crystal at least once, and the band as well. Several years ago, the band broke again, and I quit wearing any watch for a long time always intending to get a new band for this watch. However, as I aged, I realized that I could no longer easily wind the watch every day. Although it is reasonably easy to wind, my fingers lack the sensitivity to twist the winding knob back and forth so I am reluctanly offering it for sale. Another piece of my past that may soon be gone. :-(
Condition: Very good. Case and crystal show some minor wear and scratching, but case should polish up nicely. Although the watch runs, I would suspect that it needs a professional cleaning job inside.
