Pages 1, 2 & 3, are Standard Brother Knitting Machine Pre-punched Punchcard Originals from The Knittery, which are labeled with a "B" number.      This page, and pages after Page 3, are custom punched, have no "B" numbers, but specific patterns are identified where necessary.      NOTE: About some of the scans—the punch cards in some cases are longer than our scanner bed so the entire pattern may not always show. General Fairisle Instructions for Brother Knitting Machine Cast on and knit one row stockinet with card stopped at Row 1 and change knob set at KC. Release card and continue knitting with MC button pushed in. Note: Sometimes fairisle designs are separated by pairs of stockinet rows in the main color. When no needles are selected in the D position, set the second color aside. These stockinet rows are identified with a hole punched between the two row numbers. TO COPY AND PRINT: Highlight the text in this frame, copy it (Ctrl C). (To highlight, place your mouse pointer on the "G" in "General", hold down your left mouse button and pull down until you've highlighted the next two paragraphs, release the mouse button, then use "Crtl C" to copy it.) Open Windows Notepad, and paste it (Ctrl V) in a Notepad document.
