No copy on the sleeve to summarize here, but I watched this a few times. I'd probably be better off if I had followed its exercise and diet plan, but I didn't. What I can say, though, is that this is very well done, and enjoyable to watch. Because the sleeve has nothing more than what you see in the photo, I can only estimate that it runs for 30-45 minutes.
